Local & International Orders

All International Shipping Orders shall attract local duties applicable in that country, and the customer will have to incur all those duties/charges/fees of the respective country. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.

For Local Orders, once you have submitted your order online, an Order Confirmation shall display on the website page and you shall also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you provided in the booking form. The Order Confirmation contains a unique Order Confirmation Number which should be quoted in any correspondence. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation you need to contact us to confirm the status of your order placed.

For International Orders, all communication will be made through email or our social media pages which will contain information about order details, shipping costs, and payment details etc.
